CT RUN CO Trails is about exploring beyond the road — connecting runners, hikers, and outdoor athletes to the best trail systems in Connecticut, Fairfield County, and New York State.

Every Thursday, we host Trail Thursday runs at rotating trailheads across New England. These off-road runs are social, welcoming, and built for all experience levels.
Select Thursdays feature trail shoe demos, brand activations, and swag giveaways, giving the community access to the latest in trail gear.

After select runs, we keep the vibes going with Chair & Chills — post-run hangs with the community, refreshments, and sometimes a well-earned beer.
