Weekly Run Schedule

CT Run Co. wants everyone to move forward. At Ridgefield Running, Darien Running, and Brookfield Running, we are a community that loves to run/walk, share, and talk. You're invited to join any and all of our weekly shop runs in Ridgefield, Darien, and Brookfield.

These free social runs are an incredible way to meet new running/walking friends and move forward together. All ages, abilities, and paces are welcome: walkers, joggers, runners, and strollers!
